  • Let your customer know in advance that a feedback question is coming before payment
  • You can reassure them it is:
    • Just one question
    • Anonymous
    • Appreciated as it will help improve the experience you offer
  • They can answer by pressing one button, but they can also skip if they’d prefer not to answer
  • Give them privacy to rate (just as you would for them to put in their PIN)
  • Thank them for their feedback
