TruRating captures a single, anonymous rating from each of your card paying customers at the point of payment.

If your business uses an integrated payment system, we are likely to be able to capture ratings from all customers, including those who pay by  cash

Alongside this, at a minimum, the TruRating terminal application will always collect the following information: Question asked, the Rating score, if a question skipped/timed out, the transaction value, the date and time, the location and the Terminal ID.

If you chose to install the TruRating till app (or opt to send data from your till system) we can also provide: Product information, promotions or discounts applied, the staff member who served, till type, tender type (card, cash, contactless etc.), transaction type (return, exchange) & loyalty membership. 

It is never possible to tell which customer gave a particular rating which is why you can be assured of honest, anonymous feedback.
