Every business that uses TruRating is assigned five core questions that asked on a rotating basis, that are defined by the business category you choose when setting up. 

While there may be slight variations in wording, the 5 core metrics cover the key business areas of Service, Product, Experience, Value & Recommendability.

The exact wording of the questions is fixed by sector which allows you to benchmark your performance against other similar businesses (in an anonymous pool to protect confidentiality). 

You can also run two custom questions in each outlet that you operate your  TruRating service. That enables you to really dig into and investigate issues that are specific to your business or management team.
