The Day & Time Heatmap provides a visual representation of how your customers' experience and shows how that changes throughout the day and over the week.  

You can start to see how your performance varies at different times of the day or the week and begin to look at reasons why.  

In the example below, we have chosen to focus on value scores across the week.  You can see that the scores in morning and afternoon are a lot lower than later in that day.
